Our Policies

Welcome to Wrenchy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wrenchy Discord bot ("the Bot"), provided by Circuit ("Kade"), the owner and operator of Wrenchy. By using Wrenchy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Bot

Wrenchy provides moderation, leveling, custom commands, server backups, giveaways, tickets, reaction roles, stream alerts, automod, and other server management tools. Your use of the Bot is voluntary and at your sole risk. Circuit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

2. Data Collection and Usage

The Bot collects and stores data strictly to enable its core features. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

• Ensuring you have the appropriate rights and permissions to authorise Wrenchy to access your Discord server data.
• Providing accurate information if you request data removal or support.
• Using the Bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Not using the Bot for unlawful or malicious activities.

4. Data Removal Requests

Contact us via the Support Server or at [email protected] with your UserID and ServerID. We aim to fulfil requests within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circuit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot, including data loss or service interruptions.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Circuit reserves the right to modify or discontinue Wrenchy at any time without prior notice. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Bot's operation.

Wrenchy is committed to transparency in how we handle your data. The information we collect is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the bot's features.

What we collect

• Server configuration and settings
• User XP, levels, and leveling history
• Moderation records (warnings, mutes, bans)
• Premium subscription status
• Stream alert configurations
• Server backup data (when you create a backup)
• Giveaway and ticket records

What we don't do

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never use your data for advertising purposes.
• We only access data when required to operate a feature you have enabled.

Data removal

To request removal of your data, contact us via the Support Server or at [email protected] with your UserID and ServerID. We aim to process requests within 24 hours.

As the custodian of your data, Circuit ("Kade"), the proprietor of Wrenchy, takes personal responsibility for the expeditious and thorough removal of your information upon valid request.

Data entrusted to Wrenchy is maintained with strict access controls. We access stored data only in the following circumstances:

• When a user requests deletion of their data.
• When restoring a server backup at the explicit request of the server owner.
• When investigating abuse reports submitted through official channels.

Acceptable Use

You must use Wrenchy only for its intended purposes and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Misuse — including using the bot to facilitate harassment, spam, illegal activity, or violation of Discord's guidelines — will result in being blacklisted from Wrenchy services and all associated data being removed.

Reporting Violations

Where data within a server is found to contravene Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, we will report such instances directly to Discord.

Wrenchy uses cookies to ensure the site operates smoothly and to enhance your experience.

Essential Cookies

Strictly necessary for core site functionality — keeping you logged in, securing your session, and enabling dashboard features. These do not require your consent under applicable laws.

Non-Essential Cookies

With your permission, we deploy analytics cookies to understand how you interact with Wrenchy. We use Google Analytics to track visitor demographics and page usage. Learn more.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies at any time via our consent banner.

Our Age Policy aligns with Discord's Personal Terms of Service and COPPA. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a server owner is non-compliant with COPPA, we may suspend Wrenchy on that server and report our concerns to Discord.

Upon confirmation from Discord that a user is underage, that user will be suspended from using Wrenchy until they reach the age of 13 or above. If Discord confirms the user meets the age requirement, no further action is taken.

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at €4/month via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.

Server Assignment

Premium can only be assigned to servers you own. One subscription covers up to 2 servers. This restriction may be relaxed in a future update.

Refunds

We do not issue automatic refunds. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the charge and we will review your case.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Premium access until then.

Feature Changes

We reserve the right to adjust Premium features and limits over time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.
