Should you opt to no longer retain the "Backup" Data associated with your servers, we extend an open invitation to reach out to the KirbsHut staff, the administrative core of our general use and support server. We acknowledge that circumstances evolve, and your preferences regarding data storage may change. In such instances, our team is equipped to address your concerns with the utmost diligence. In most scenarios, we endeavor to promptly facilitate the removal of your data within a 24-hour timeframe. To expedite this process, we kindly request that you furnish us with the requisite information, including UserID, ServerID, and BackupID. Armed with these details, we can ensure the swift and accurate removal of your data from our servers. As the custodian of your data, Circuit, also recognized as "Kade," the proprietor of "Wrenchy," takes personal responsibility for the expeditious and thorough removal of your information. In cases where we identify compelling grounds to suspect a server owner, who is an end-user of our esteemed product "Wrenchy," of potential non-compliance of COPPA(LINK), we exercise our prerogative to rescind the "Wrenchy" service from servers affiliated with said individual. Given the circumscribed nature of information we solicit during the utilization of the "Wrenchy" Bot, we are inclined to proactively report such instances to Discord, duly articulating our apprehensions. In these instances, our course of action is driven by a commitment to responsible conduct and adherence to regulatory best practices. pon receiving validation from Discord that the subject user is indeed underage, we adhere to a temporally circumscribed response. Specifically, the user in question is temporarily barred from engaging with "Wrenchy" until such time as they attain the requisite age of thirteen (13) or above. This interim suspension is a testament to our rigorous dedication to regulatory compliance and the safeguarding of minors. Should Discord's response affirm the user's eligibility as per our policy, no further steps are pursued. We are resolute in our commitment to maintaining a compliant and conscientious environment, ensuring that our policies remain aligned with the parameters set by Discord's discerning guidelines. One such instance is in the unfortunate event of a server backup loss. In such an exigent scenario, upon the provision of the server's unique identifier (ID), we may, under strict adherence to protocols, access our repository to facilitate the restoration process. However, it's imperative to underscore that furnishing the server ID alone does not suffice. Verification of ownership, verified against our rigorous protocols, is a precondition for divulging the backup ID. The conscientious and ethical utilization of our "Wrenchy" Bot remains paramount to us. It is incumbent upon all users to wield the bot with the utmost integrity and adhere to its intended purpose. We are resolute in maintaining a secure and compliant environment. Instances of misuse or malevolent intent will be met with unwavering recourse. Engaging in any form of malicious activity using the bot will result in being unequivocally blacklisted from our services. Furthermore, to uphold the integrity of the ecosystem and in accordance with our unwavering commitment to privacy, all associated data will be expunged. Moreover, our commitment to ethical operations extends beyond our immediate purview. In cases where data residing within a server contravenes Discord's Terms of Service & or Guidelines (TOS), (GDL), we act diligently and responsibly. It is our prerogative to report such instances directly to Discord, contributing to the broader efforts of maintaining a safe and compliant online community.
